Ali Youssef
B. App. Sc. (Osteopathy), M. Osteopathy

Hello, my name is Ali. As an Osteopath I have treated a wide range of problems affecting the human body from sports and work related injuries to the general aches and pains of every day life. My assessments and treatment are structurally based; this means that my treatment methods focus on restoring movement and decreasing your pain. This is done by using a range of techniques such as massage, manipulations, muscle energy techniques, also indirect techniques in sensitive cases (S/CS, functional, OCF). Rehabilitation and exercise prescription are important in helping the patient mange their condition to prevent it from reoccurring in the long term. I am also trained in fitting orthotics to correct biomechanical mal-alignments that start at the feet.
