As part of your treatment the therapists at ONTC incorporate exercise rehabilitation

and educating you about your condition to help you manage the pain.

Your first consultation will take between 45min to 1 hour and will involve the following:

1. Thorough Medical History
2. Examination and Diagnosis
3. Treatment
4. Exercise prescription
5. Education on your condition and prevention.

Continuing/follow up consultations will take approximately 30min and will involve the following:

1. Review and Re-assessment of complaint
2. Treatment
3. Progressive rehabilitation and exercise prescription.
